Substitution Policy

When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary.

If your delivery address is outside of our delivery zone, please choose "In-Store Pickup" only. Thank you!

Preferred Delivery/Pickup Date (Closed Sundays)

If you need a date further out please call the store - 515-597-2336. Same day delivery not guaranteed for orders received after 12pm. Thank you!

When ordering flowers you can request a specific kind or color and we will do our best to include your request if there is season availability and local access.
