  • Substitution Policy

    When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary.

    Our professional staff of floral designers are always eager to discuss any special design or product requests. Call us at the number above and we will be glad to assist you with a special request or a timed delivery.

  • DELIVERY POLICY

    Please note, flower deliveries are limited to the following zipcodes (Huxley, Slater, Cambridge, Kelley, Madrid, Sheldahl, Boone, Ankeny, Ames): 50010, 50014, 50011, 50012, 50013, 50021, 50023, 50124, 50046, 50134, 50244, 50036, 50073, 50156, 50161, 50201, 50243, 50201

    If your delivery address is outside of our delivery zone, please choose "In-Store Pickup" only. Thank you!

  • When ordering flowers you can request a specific kind or color and we will do our best to include your request if there is season availability and local access.
